ABOUT AMY

Amy Tompkins is a graduate of The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a focus in Film, in 2008. She was also personally mentored by Ela Their at the independent film school for two years.  For over 15-years Amy has worked with Filmmakers, Actors, Artists, Musicians, and other Professionals with the primary goal of transferring a feeling from the set, through the screen, and into the viewers home. 

 

Her expertise in Directing, screenwriting, and production design is an asset to any project that wants a clear, memorable, powerful aesthetic. Amy is passionate about the Arts, Nature, and the Human Heart. When she’s not making magic come to life on the screen, she enjoys spending time with her handsome dog, Copper.
